The Undersecretary of the Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology, Raed Jabal, confirmed that the Saudi-led aggression coalition is working directly to obstruct the opening of new destinations through Sana’a International Airport, which results in prolonging the suffering of the Yemeni people in general and the patients in particular.
“The Saudi aggression and its mercenaries are continuing their procrastination and intransigence by not opening any new destinations that would contribute to alleviating the suffering of patients,” Jabal said in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba).
He pointed out that the destination of Cairo is still closed, and the conduct of civil flights to it is directly dependent on the approval of Riyadh, which, along with its mercenaries, has been obstructing the conduct of flights to Cairo since the beginning of the armistice until today.
He pointed out that opening a destination to India is subject to the approval of the aggression coalition.
