Al-Shayef: The aggression disrupted aspects of life at Sana’a International airport

The Director General of Sana’a International Airport, Khaled Al-Shayef, confirmed that the airport’s air traffic is still subject to the intransigence of the countries involved in aggression and has not witnessed any significant breakthrough.

“The aggression disrupted all aspects of life at the airport, and what was spared from targeting was not spared from the ban and disruption,” Al-Shayef told Al-Masirah on Wednesday.

He pointed out that the coalition of aggression worked to disable Sana’a Airport in two stages after March 2015 by operating two restricted flights through the Saudi Bisha Airport, then completely closing it in August 2016 until the signing of the temporary truce.
