Parliament votes on bill to prevent usurious transactions
The Parliament in Sanaa approved, during its session on Tuesday, a draft law to prevent usurious transactions.
In the course of their discussions of the bill, the members of the Parliament stressed the importance of the law, which comes in compliance with Allah’s commands and prohibitions in promoting transactions in accordance with the principles and values of the tolerant Islamic Sharia.
They emphasized the significance of having a clear vision to address the economic and financial aspects related to banking aspects and internal and external transactions in a way that enhances their growth and development.
