Two settlers injured in clashes between them and worshipers near Lions Gate

Hebrew media reported, on Friday evening, that two settlers were injured, as clashes broke out between a number of settlers and Palestinian worshipers at Lions Gate in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
For their part, Palestinian sources in Jerusalem said that the Israeli enemy forces fired stun grenades at the worshipers at Lions’ Gate in Al-Aqsa Mosque, which led to clashes with the worshipers.
According to sources, a group of Palestinian youths repelled an attempt by a group of settlers to storm Al-Aqsa Mosque at Lions’ Gate.
Earlier, the settlers sang and performed provocative dances at the gate area in occupied Jerusalem.
Today, Friday, hundreds of settlers stormed Al-Sahira Door area in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, and the vicinity of a number of the gates of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, under the protection of the Israeli enemy forces, in conjunction with the influx of citizens to perform Friday prayers.
Palestinian sources reported that hundreds of settlers stormed the vicinity of Al-Sahira Door with a provocative march, chanting racist slogans against Palestinians and Arabs, under the protection of enemy forces.
