Distribution of shelters for affected by floods in Sa’ada
The branch of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation in Sa’ada province inaugurated the distribution of 437 cases of shelter, and cash for those affected by the torrential rains in the province.
At the inauguration, the representative of the Humanitarian Affairs Council branch explained that 266 shelter cases and 171 shelter cases were distributed to those affected by the torrential rains in the districts of Sa’ada, Sahar and Al-Safra.
He stated that the extent of the damages far exceeds what was disbursed to those affected by the council and donors, pointing to the importance of greater interventions from the humanitarian agencies working in the province and the central authorities to alleviate the suffering of those affected.
