The Eighth Brigade Presidential Protection carries out a military maneuver entitled “Birth of Light”

Today, the Eighth Presidential Protection Brigade carried out a military maneuver, entitled “Light’ birthday maneuver”, in conjunction with the Yemeni people’s celebration of the Prophet’s birthday and the September 21 revolution.

During the maneuver, which was attended by the Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Ahmed Hamed, the Chief of the General Staff, Major General P.S.C. Muhammad Al-Ghamari, his deputy, Major General P.S.C. Ali Al-Mushki, and the Assistant Minister of Defense for Human Resources Affairs, Major General P.S.C.

He said, “In my name and on behalf of the Eighth Brigade, Presidential Protection, we welcome all of you to this military maneuver, which coincides with our great people’s celebrations of the birth of the best of mankind, Muhammad, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, and the September 21st Revolution.”

Brigadier General Al-Mutawakkil added, “We are evaluating this military maneuver under the title “Birth of Light.”, pointing out that the difficult circumstances that the Islamic nation in general and Yemen in particular are going through from dangers and challenges from the forces of tyranny, hegemony and arrogance, US and Israel and their agents and lackeys, was an obligation on the army. The Yemeni should do his duty, prepare the equipment, and be fully prepared to face these dangers and challenges.

He considered the maneuver a drop from the iceberg, and a special symbolic battalion, to send the message of the enemy and his lackeys at home and abroad with full readiness and active presence for any confrontation required by the field, anywhere and at any time.
