The death toll from the Zionist aggression on Gaza Strip rose to 8,005 martyrs, including 3,324 children, 2,062 women, and 460 elderly people, in addition to 20,242 citizens sustaining various injuries since October 7.
This toll comes on the 23rd day of the war on Gaza, as the Zionist enemy planes continued to bomb residential neighborhoods, leaving 302 martyrs during the past hours.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Ashraf Al-Qudra, said that the occupation committed 56 massacres during the past hours, claiming the lives of 302 martyrs, the majority of whom were displaced to the southern Gaza Strip, which the occupation claims is “safe.”
Al-Qudra explained, during a press conference, that the occupation deliberately committed 881 massacres against families, claiming the lives of 6,120 martyrs since October 7, and a large number of victims are still under the rubble.
Al-Qudra said that the Ministry received 1,870 reports of missing persons, including 1,020 children still under the rubble. He added that the “Israeli” violations against the health system led to the martyrdom of 116 health personnel and the destruction of 25 ambulances and their out of service.
He continued, “The occupation deliberately targeted 57 health institutions and put 12 hospitals and 32 primary care centers out of service as a result of the targeting or failure to bring in fuel,” adding, “The occupation deliberately cut off communications and the Internet because the victims’ report issued by the Ministry of Health hurt it and the American administration and exposed their deception.”
Al-Qudra explained, “The restoration of communications revealed the extent of the holocaust committed by the occupation during the past hours, after ambulances and civil defense were able to recover hundreds of martyrs and wounded on the ground and under the rubble.”
He continued, “The occupation continues to increase its explicit threats to hospitals and places about 100,000 staff, patients, wounded, and displaced persons within them within the targeting circle,” calling on international bodies to “work immediately to stop the occupation’s violations and threats to hospitals, medical teams, ambulances, and the displaced.”
