The Zionist Ministry of Finance announced on Sunday that Israel recorded a budget deficit of about $4.5 billion last November.
The Ministry indicated that this jump in costs “is due to financing the ongoing two-month-long aggression against Gaza Strip,” stressing that, as a percentage of GDP, “the deficit rose during the previous twelve months to 3.4% in November from 2.6% in October.” /October”.
The Ministry also stated that revenues decreased by 15.6% last month, “due to tax deferrals” as a result of the aggression on Gaza.
Last month, the occupation Ministry of Finance stated that the cost of the war on Gaza Strip, in the first three weeks, amounted to about 7.5 billion dollars, which does not include the losses of small and medium commercial interests, and the direct and indirect damages incurred by Israeli economic activity after the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation.
