Minister of Communications: We are ready to grant cable ships permits to enter Yemeni territorial waters

The caretaker Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Misfer Al-Numair, confirmed that submarine cable ships must obtain a permit from the Maritime Affairs in Sana’a before entering Yemeni territorial waters.

Minister Al-Numair explained in his post on “X” platform that the Ministry of Communications is ready to assist in fulfilling requests for permits and identification of ships with the Yemeni Navy, pointing out that this procedure comes out of concern for their safety.
