The Supreme Political Council in Sana’a warns against any American escalation
The Supreme Political Council in Sanaa renewed on Tuesday Yemen’s firm position towards supporting Palestine in the face of the US-backed Zionist aggression against Gaza.
In its meeting today, headed by President Mahdi Al-Mashat, the council stressed the importance of solidity on the internal front in the face of American and British conspiracies.
The council warned against any hostile American escalation against the security and stability of Yemen, indicating that the ongoing suspicious preparations to discourage Yemen and weaken its effective and influential role, based on the religious and humanitarian duty in defense of Palestine, will fail.
“The repercussions of any escalation will not stop at the borders of Yemen,” the council stressed.
The Supreme Political Council confirmed that all ships of the world’s countries are safe in their passage in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and Bab al-Mandab, with the exception of ships linked to the Israeli enemy and American and British ships after their aggression against Yemen.
At the meeting, the Council reaffirmed its firm position towards the security and stability of the region, the Red and Arabian Seas, Bab al-Mandab, and the Indian Ocean, pointing out that all actions taken by the armed forces do not conflict with international and humanitarian law.
Regarding the political file, the council members emphasized that the Saudi side must move from the de-escalation phase to the peace entitlements phase according to the map reached with the Saudi side.
