Demonstrations in global cities condemning the occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip
Published on August 24, 2024
Many global cities witnessed massive demonstrations condemning the Israeli enemy’s aggression on the Gaza Strip.
Thousands participated in demonstrations organized today, Saturday, in several global cities, including the Danish city of Aarhus, the capital Copenhagen, Blackburn, Britain, Bremerhaven, Germany, and Uppsala, Sweden, in support of the Palestinian people, and to demand a ceasefire and the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
The participants in the demonstrations raised Palestinian flags and banners condemning the crimes committed by the Israeli enemy against our people.
They called for “stopping double standards and the need to prosecute the Israeli entity for its massacres against the Palestinian people, especially children,” denouncing the “genocide in the Gaza Strip.”
Since October 7, the Israeli enemy army has continued its aggression on the Gaza Strip, with American and European support. Its aircraft are bombing the vicinity of hospitals, buildings, towers, and homes of Palestinian civilians, destroying them over the heads of their residents, and preventing the entry of water, food, medicine, and fuel.
