The commander of the Revolutionary Guards in Lebanon, Brigadier General Abbas Nilforoushan, was martyred, accompanied by the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

Tasnim International News Agency reported today, Sunday, that Brigadier General Nilforoushan, one of the senior commanders of Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guards and the commander of the Revolutionary Guards in Lebanon, was martyred during the Zionist entity’s aggression on Beirut suburb on Friday, accompanied by the Secretary-General of Hezbollah.

In a statement, the Revolutionary Guards strongly condemned the crimes of the Zionist entity in Lebanon, and offered its condolences for the martyrdom of this great martyr to the Leader of the Revolution, his family, his companions, and the people of Iran, especially Isfahan Province.

After the martyrdom of General Zahedi on April 1 of this year, he was appointed commander of the Revolutionary Guards in Lebanon, and he was martyred in Beirut while holding this position.
