The Zionist Ministry of Security: Evacuation of 900 wounded from the “army” since the beginning of the ground battles in Lebanon

The Zionist Ministry of Security announced, on Tuesday, the evacuation of about 900 new wounded from the “army” to hospitals since the beginning of the ground invasion of Lebanon, about a month ago, which represents an increase of 1.5 times, compared to September.

The Ministry of Security revealed, after a year of the war, that its rehabilitation department received 12,000 wounded, 93% of whom are men, while 51% of whom are from the Israeli “army” reserves, and their ages range between 18 and 30 years.
Of the wounded, 14% suffered
moderate to severe injuries, distributed as follows: 377 head injuries (23 of which were severe), 308 eye injuries (12 cases of blindness), 104 spinal injuries, and about 60 amputees.

On the psychological level, 5,200 wounded, representing 43% of the total number, suffered various symptoms, including anxiety, depression, adaptation difficulties, post-traumatic stress disorder, and others.

The Israeli Ministry of Defense indicated that about 1,500 of the wounded were injured twice during the fighting, adding that about 1,000 wounded are received monthly as a result of the war.

According to estimates by the Rehabilitation Department, there will be about 100,000 disabled people in the Israeli enemy “army” by 2030, half of whom suffer from psychological disabilities.
