The death toll of Palestinian martyrs in the Gaza Strip has risen to 44,282, the majority of whom are children and women since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on October 7, 2023.

Medical sources said today, Wednesday, that the death toll has risen to 104,880 wounded, since the beginning of the aggression, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble.

They indicated that the Zionist enemy forces committed three massacres during the past 24 hours, resulting in the martyrdom of 33 citizens, and the injury of 134 others.
