The death toll by the Zionist aggression on Gaza rises to 44,708 martyrs

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced today, Sunday, that the Zionist enemy “army” committed 4 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of dozens of martyrs, 44 of whom were taken to hospitals and 74 were injured during the past 24 hours.

The Ministry of Health said in the daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the ongoing Zionist aggression for the 429th day on the Gaza Strip: “A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.”

It reported that the death toll by the Zionist aggression has risen to 44,708 martyrs and 106,050 injuries since October 7, 2023.
