The Palestinian Prisoners and Freed Prisoners Affairs Authority reviewed, on Tuesday, the conditions of prisoners inside the prisons of the Zionist enemy.
The Authority said in a press statement that the prisoners suffer from horrific conditions, including: crimes of torture, starvation, and medical crimes, in addition to a series of systematic abuses and individual and collective isolation.
It added that there is a severe shortage in food and water services, whether in terms of quantity or quality, noting that the Zionist enemy entity has turned drinking water in prisons into a means of punishment against prisoners, as they are only provided with 45 minutes per day.
The Prisoners Affairs Authority explained that the Zionist enemy’s repressive measures against prisoners also included cutting off their electricity at ten o’clock at night until noon the next day.
It indicated that the Zionist enemy’s “army” is holding about 25 detainees in the room, some of whom sleep on iron bars and others on the floor.
