The death toll by the Zionist aggression on Gaza rises to 45,484 martyrs

The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed, today, Saturday, that the death toll by the Zionist aggression has risen to 45,484 martyrs and 108,090 injuries since October 7, 2023 AD.

This came in the daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the ongoing Zionist aggression for the 449th day on the Gaza Strip.

The Ministry of Health said in a statement: “The Israeli occupation committed 2 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 48 martyrs and 52 injuries arrived at hospitals during the past 24 hours.”

It added: “A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.”
