Tens of thousands of Zionists leaves the occupied territories in 2024

The Zionist website “Walla” confirmed that the Central Bureau of Statistics report published, Tuesday, revealed that the number of “Israelis” who left the occupied territories last year reached 82.7 thousand people, which represents an increase compared to the previous year.

The report added that “by the end of 2024, the number of “residents” (settlers) of “Israel” is estimated at about 10 million people, with a population increase of only 1.1%, which is a low growth rate compared to the previous year, mainly due to the large number of “Israelis” who immigrated.”

The data also shows that “the number of deaths in 2024 increased by about 1,800 cases compared to 2023, reaching 51.4 thousand deaths, including about 1,870 soldiers and civilians killed in the war that began on October 7, 2023.

The report noted that after the Corona years, the death rates in 2023 were relatively low, despite the war, with an increase in deaths during the months of February, July, and October.

The report indicated that the international migration balance for 2024 was negative, reaching minus 18.2 thousand people, because 82.7 thousand “Israelis” immigrated abroad, compared to 23.8 thousand who returned to “Israel,” according to “Walla.”

The number of new immigrants to “Israel” reached 32.8 thousand people, which is about 15 thousand less than in 2023, and the number of arrivals in the context of family reunification is close to the same number for 2023.
