Health in Gaza: The death toll by the Zionist aggression rises to 45,854 martyrs

The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed, today, Saturday, that the death toll by the Zionist aggression has risen to 45,854 martyrs and 109,139 injuries since October 7, 2023 AD.

This came during the daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the ongoing Zionist aggression for the 458th day on the Gaza Strip.

The Health Ministry in Gaza explained in a statement that the Zionist enemy committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 48 martyrs and 75 injuries arrived at hospitals during the past 24 hours.

It confirmed that “a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.”

The Zionist enemy continues its war of extermination in the Gaza Strip by land, sea and air since October 7, 2023, which has resulted to date in the martyrdom of 45,854 citizens, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 109,064 others.

These numbers are still expected to rise due to the presence of thousands of victims under the rubble and on the roads, where ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them due to the intensity of the bombing and the continuation of the aggression.
