Government Media in Gaza: The Zionist enemy is evading the ceasefire obligation in the Strip

The government media office in Gaza confirmed, today, Sunday, that the Zionist enemy is persisting in evading the obligations of the ceasefire agreement and insists on procrastination, disruption and obstruction of the implementation of obligations.

The government media office said in a statement: “The “Israeli” occupation continues to evade the ceasefire agreement and continues to procrastinate and obstruct the implementation of obligations related to the decision it signed with the Palestinian resistance, which stipulated the withdrawal of occupation forces from “Netzarim” axis after the resistance handed over four “Israeli” female soldiers.

It explained that “despite the resistance implementing part of the agreement and handing over the female soldiers, the occupation, as usual, continued its policy of procrastination and hesitation and refused to abide by its pledges.”

The office added: “This clear evasion of the agreement reflects the true face of the policies of the “Israeli” occupation based on arrogance and lack of credibility, and is a blatant disregard for the efforts made to alleviate the suffering of our great Palestinian people.”

It continued: “Tens of thousands of our honorable people are eagerly awaiting the opening of the humanitarian corridor in “Netzarim” axis, as its continued closure exacerbates the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. Children, women, patients, and the elderly are all suffering from a severe shortage of basic needs, and this occupation behavior can only be described as a deliberate humanitarian crime aimed at increasing the suffering of our people as an extension of the war of genocide that we have been seeking to stop since it began.”

The government media held the Zionist enemy fully responsible for the serious humanitarian repercussions resulting from its intransigence and refusal to abide by the agreements.
