Enemy Media: Senior Officer Ordered to Blow Up an Elderly Palestinian to Use as a “Human Shield”

The Zionist website “Ha Makom” revealed a war crime committed by Zionist soldiers against an elderly Palestinian man (80 years old) and his wife in the Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City, after using him as a “human shield” in a brutal manner.
The website explained that a senior officer in the Zionist “Nahal” Brigade tied an explosive belt around the neck of the elderly Palestinian man, after arresting him and his wife from their home because they were unable to leave the area, and threatened to blow his head off, last May.
The website pointed out that the incident occurred during an incursion by the Zionist “99” Division, which worked with “Nahal” and “Carmeli” brigades in the Zeitoun neighborhood in the Gaza Strip.
He continued that the officer forced the elderly man, who was leaning on a stick, to act as a “human shield” under threat of arms, to protect the Zionist forces, as they forced him to enter several houses.
“Mosquito Procedure” According to the Zionist soldiers, this method is called the “Mosquito Procedure,” as Israeli soldiers force Palestinian civilians in the combat zone to act as human shields under threat of arms.
According to the Zionist website, a senior officer ordered one of the soldiers to attach the explosive belt to the elderly man’s neck, and to inform him that if he did something wrong, the soldier behind him would pull the rope and his head would be severed from his body, indicating that they “used the man as a human shield for 8 hours while he leaned on the stick from one house to another.”
The soldiers indicated that after the elderly man had finished using the human shield, they ordered them to leave the area and flee towards the southern Gaza Strip, without securing them during the exit process.
After 100 meters, a second Israeli battalion in the neighboring area spotted them and executed them immediately in the middle of the road.
The website revealed that another incident, committed by the Nahal Brigade forces before the ceasefire, resulted in the martyrdom of a young Palestinian man after he was used as a human shield, handcuffed and placed in a building with the forces. As soon as an officer entered and saw him, he immediately executed him, on the pretext that he was not aware of his presence.
