Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf  sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon Charbel Wahba.

In the cable, Sharaf congratulated Wahba, the government and people of Lebanon on occasion of the country's National Day.
