The Zionist enemy forces continue their destructive war on the Gaza Strip for the 20th consecutive day.

Eighty-two people, including 51 civilians waiting for humanitarian aid, have been killed in a horrific massacre at Tahlia Roundabout in Khan Yunis, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

The ministry reported in a statement that Nasser Medical Complex received 51 martyrs and approximately 200 wounded, including 20 in critical condition, as a result of the direct targeting of defenseless civilians waiting for food aid convoys in Khan Yunis Governorate, south of the Gaza Strip.

Medical teams are operating under exceptional circumstances, as hospitals suffer from a severe shortage of medicines and essential medical supplies amid warnings of a complete collapse of the health system as the Zionist enemy continues to prevent the entry of medical supplies.

This comes amid an ongoing escalation in various areas of the Gaza Strip as the Zionist war machine continues to target civilians and residential areas, along with tightening the stifling blockade, which has led to an unprecedented humanitarian crisis. International reports warn of a mass famine threatening the population of Gaza.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza calls on the international community and humanitarian organizations to urgently intervene to halt the ongoing massacres, allow the entry of life-saving medical supplies, and protect civilians and healthcare workers, amidst serious violations of international humanitarian law.

With full American support, enemy forces have been waging a genocidal war in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, ignoring all international appeals and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt it.

The genocide has left approximately 180,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing. Hundreds of thousands have been displaced, and a famine has claimed the lives of the majority of the Strip's population.
