The Committees in free Yemeni districts held cultural events to commemorate the annual anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein,the grandson of the prophet,Mohammed, (peace be upon him), "Ashura."

The events highlighted the lessons learned from Karbala tragedy, the tragedy of Imam Hussein, and his revolution, highlighting the need to leverage this memory to confront tyrants.

They explained that the path of sacrifice and patience, inspired by the commemoration of Ashura, which the Palestinian people are currently experiencing as a result of the brutal crimes of the Zionist aggression, renews resolve, steadfastness, and resilience in the face of the forces of injustice, tyranny, and arrogance.

The event's segments addressed the revolutionary values ​​that Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) carried upon his shoulders, paying with his life to uphold the word of God, distinguish between truth and falsehood, and confront the tyrants of injustice and arrogance.

They called for embodying Imam Hussein's revolutionary values ​​in reality and following the path of the beacons of guidance in correcting the nation's reality and protecting it from the dangers of false and destructive cultures.
