The International Criminal Court (ICC) has officially rejected the Israeli regime’s request to revoke the arrest warrants issued against criminal Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and dismissed Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, both accused of perpetrating war crimes in the Gaza Strip.

Around two months ago, the occupying entity had submitted an appeal, arrogantly claiming that the Court had no jurisdiction over what it described as the "Israeli-Palestinian conflict."

However, ICC judges firmly rejected this claim, reaffirming the Court’s full jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute the grave crimes presented before it.

In a separate ruling, the Court also dismissed another Israeli attempt to halt ongoing investigations into war crimes committed in the occupied West Bank, emphasizing that the judicial process will move forward without delay or compromise.

This decision comes despite increasing pressure from the United States, which last month imposed personal sanctions on four ICC judges in retaliation for issuing arrest warrants against Israeli officials—an unprecedented move seen as direct interference in international justice.
