Iran has firmly dismissed US allegations of supplying military equipment to Yemen, labeling them as “unfounded” and part of Washington's ongoing media campaign against Tehran.
On Thursday, Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei described the US claims as a deceitful attempt to distract from the true issues plaguing the region, namely the Israeli regime’s acts of aggression and its crimes against regional nations.
Baghaei emphasized that the US bears direct responsibility for Israel's relentless warmongering against occupied Palestine and other countries in the region.
He noted that Washington is trying to justify its military presence and provide excuses for its destabilizing actions in partnership with Israel.
According to Baghaei, the military and political support the United States provides to Israel has enabled the regime to escalate its genocidal campaign in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, while simultaneously violating the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Syria and Lebanon.
Israel has carried out acts of aggression against Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Gaza and Iran.
The situation in Syria has worsened since the emergence of a new regime led by former al-Qaeda and Nusra Front leader Abu Mohammad al-Jolani in December. Recently, Israel intensified its military aggression in Syria, launching airstrikes on Wednesday that targeted key military and government sites in Damascus and the southwestern province of Dara’a.
On June 13, Israel committed a blatant act of aggression against Iran, assassinating numerous high-ranking military commanders, nuclear scientists, and ordinary civilians.
More than a week later, the United States further escalated the conflict by bombing three Iranian nuclear sites, in clear violation of the United Nations Charter, international law, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

In response, the Iranian Armed Forces targeted strategic locations across the occupied territories and the al-Udeid airbase in Qatar, the largest American military base in West Asia.
On June 24, through successful retaliatory operations against both the Israeli regime and the US, Iran effectively imposed a halt to the ongoing illegal assaults.
