Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi delivered a speech on Thursday regarding the developments in the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. He explained that this week has been the harshest, most tragic, and most oppressive since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. He added that the scenes of children and the story of their suffering in the Gaza Strip are deeply saddening and represent a stain on all of human society, especially Muslims.
Sayyid al-Houthi explained that children in the Gaza Strip are suffering the most severe suffering, and the Israeli enemy has made them a primary target for its criminal practices and brutal, unjust aggression. He added that the Israeli enemy is preventing the entry of baby formula for their nutrition because it seeks to exterminate them and makes them a primary target in its criminal plan, pointing out that the Zionist gangs calling themselves the "Israeli Army" boast about publishing videos of the killing of children as a form of entertainment and play.
Sayyed said, "Where are children's rights and human rights? And all the headlines raised by the infidel West to deceive other peoples." He added that the Israeli enemy targets pregnant women and the elderly, and their suffering in Gaza is extremely sad and painful. Yesterday, the Zionists published a video clip showing a mother walking with her child, searching for food because she and her son were hungry. Zionist soldiers pursued her with a drone in an atmosphere of frivolous, criminal, and brutal entertainment, devoid of all human values. Then they killed her and her child. He emphasized that what the Israeli enemy is committing on the ground is horrific, and is carried out in very large numbers and includes extremely horrific crimes.
He emphasized that the topic of women's rights is one of the topics the infidel West focuses on in the context of deception, misinformation, targeting values, and dismantling our society. He added that the Israeli enemy practices all kinds of deprivation against Palestinian women in the Gaza Strip, and the scenes are tragic and extremely sad. He pointed out that the Israeli enemy is killing Palestinian women in Gaza with American bombs and displacing them from one area to another.
He explained that many people in the Gaza Strip have not eaten anything this week, and have not tasted any food for five days. Furthermore, the killing meals in the death traps set by the Americans have killed more than a thousand Palestinian martyrs from the Gaza Strip.
He emphasized that the state of starvation is horrific, and that it is a crime that has cast a heavy shadow over the Gaza Strip and is a stain on human society, especially Muslims and Arabs. He explained that 71,000 Palestinian children are at risk of death due to severe malnutrition, while 17,000 mothers need urgent intervention to avoid the complications of starvation. He added that deaths continue among children and infants due to the deteriorating health and humanitarian conditions resulting from the siege and ongoing bombardment.
Where are the Arabs and Muslims?
Sayyed said, "900,000 children in Gaza are suffering from hunger, 70,000 of whom have entered a state of malnutrition. The lives of diabetics and kidney patients are threatened by malnutrition and are exposed to severe bouts of starvation." He added, "It is a great shame for all institutions, organizations, the international community, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to do nothing for Gaza. Where is the Arab Organization? What are they doing with the ongoing starvation, genocide, and forced displacement?"
He explained that the Israeli enemy continues to target displaced persons after forcing them to live in confined areas. He pointed out that one of the enemy's methods of depriving Gazans of water is forcing them to move from areas where some water may be available to areas where none exists. He emphasized that the tragedy of the Palestinian people has reached a horrific, very sad, and extremely painful level, and that the Palestinian people in Gaza feel betrayed by Arabs and Muslims in general, more than by others, because they bear the responsibility before anyone else.
He added, "Where are the Arabs? What happened to the Muslims? Why this silence? Why this inaction regarding this tragedy in Gaza? Where is the humanitarian, Islamic, and moral responsibility?" The Israeli enemy is an enemy to all and poses a danger to all. He emphasized that if the Arabs do not stand with the Palestinian people in this clear, long-standing injustice, due to their own negligence, then what injustice will they unite against? He emphasized that the state of inaction and spectatorship on the part of the Arabs is a collective death of conscience and a general denial of values.

Al-Azhar's Shameful Position
The Leader explained that the positions of the Grand Mufti of the Sultanate of Oman and the Grandv Mufti of Libya are honorable, but are contrasted with the shameful position of Al-Azhar. Yesterday, Al-Azhar withdrew a statement condemning Israeli crimes, but it was later retracted and deleted. This is sad and regrettable. He emphasized that submission to false political calculations reflects the state of many religious scholars who tend toward silence, submission, and discouragement.
He emphasized that those who openly and publicly discourage action against Gaza are the same ones who were mouthpieces of sedition, issuing fatwas urging the necessity of what they call jihad in Syria, Iraq, and other countries.
The Danger of the Zionist Movement
Sayyed emphasized that giving Zionist criminality a free hand throughout the world and turning a blind eye to everything the Israeli enemy commits, in partnership with the United States, in the Gaza Strip is a waste of human life. He explained that the Zionist approach is global, and that the Zionist movement was created by the Jews to serve as their arm worldwide.
Sayyed said: "The Zionist movement has two wings: the American and the Israeli, and its goals are global. The Zionist movement is aggressive, criminal, unjust, corrupting, and enslaving people, primarily Arabs, followed by the rest of the Muslims. Zionism is the originator of the idea of the golden billion in human society and the annihilation of other societies. Zionism inherited the greedy colonial criminality that seeks to monopolize the wealth of peoples, violate them, enslave them, obliterate their identity, and confiscate their freedom and independence."
He explained that Arab interaction has been weak since the beginning of the usurpation of Palestine, falling short of the responsibility and the danger. The Arab position has remained weak, haphazard, and ill-considered, and has deteriorated, leading to blatant and shameful normalization. He stressed that normalization is not merely a normal relationship with the criminal occupier, but rather a level of cooperation with an enemy of the nation in its religion and worldly affairs, the Israeli enemy holds not an iota of respect for our nation and violates it with hatred and criminality. The Leader: The Israeli enemy, no matter how criminal it is in the Gaza Strip, is reassured by the lack of a unified movement by Muslims and Arabs to take a strong stance.
The Paths of the Israeli Enemy

He also explained that the United States supports Israel in its path to liquidate the Palestinian cause.
He explained that the parallel path within the Arab and Islamic world is one of sedation and immobilization of the nation, noting that the more the Israeli enemy takes additional steps in its aggression, displacement, and destruction, the more the nation finds itself shackled and regressing.
Surrender Under the Pretext of Peace
Sayyed said: "Any peace with an enemy of such brutality and criminality, without recognizing any rights of the nation, is surrender under the pretext of peace. Despite what the Israeli enemy is doing in Lebanon and Syria, the regimes constantly talk about peace to restrain the nation from any reaction or stance. The Israeli enemy kills, destroys, demolishes, and displaces, while they talk to our nation and people about peace: 'Don't move, we embrace peace!'" He explained that the Israeli enemy, along with what it does, declares that it will never recognize any Palestinian state or that the Palestinians will have a state.
He explained that the slogans of peace, normalization, and consolidating defeat serve the Israeli position. The Israeli enemy is not interested in peace, but rather seeks to achieve its ultimate goal of completely eliminating the Palestinian cause.
He emphasized that a large part of the media activity of many Arab regimes is directed against those who move to support the Palestinian people through distortion, skepticism, insults, and propaganda campaigns. Many Arab regimes adopt Israeli and American logic, but only in Arabic.
He pointed out that in many Arab countries, any popular activity in support of the Palestinian people is banned, and in many Arab countries, if people participate in demonstrations, they will be suppressed and prevented from any popular activity in support of the Palestinian people. The situation in some Arab countries is similar to what the West does in preventing any criticism of the Israeli enemy under the pretext of anti-Semitism, and some Arabs seek to prohibit any criticism of the Israeli enemy, and any form of solidarity with the Palestinian people. He emphasized that the negative attitude among many Arab regimes is more than just apathy and inaction, directed at serving the Israeli enemy.
Zionist crime is ideologically motivated, and the solution is jihad.
He emphasized that Jewish Zionist crime is ideologically motivated, stemming from a malicious cultural and intellectual background that is extremely misguided, evil, and aggressive. He added that Jewish Zionists are raised from childhood based on certain rules and beliefs that instill in them a deeply negative view of other human societies.
He explained that Jewish Zionists do not recognize Arabs as being of human origin, but rather as beings and animals in human form, fit to serve the Israeli enemy. The distorted books in the hands of Jews paint a negative, reckless, and degrading view of all human societies, entrenching a state of degrading behavior coupled with hatred. He emphasized that Jewish Zionists pose a real threat to the Muslim Ummah because what they do is not merely a tactic or individual actions, but rather is deliberate and driven by a malicious ideological background.
He pointed out that alongside the Zionist depredation of our Islamic societies, there is intense hatred and enormous greed for our homelands, our wealth, and our countries.
He explained that the Zionist criminals, with their beliefs and crimes, can only be stopped and their evil halted by acting in accordance with divine law. He emphasized that it is imperative to act within divine law against the Zionist criminals, otherwise their tyranny will increase and their evil will spread and expand to affect other peoples and countries.
He pointed out that the Zionist Jews do everything they can to contribute to the suffering of the Palestinian people and are adept at brutality and criminality, even stealing donkeys from the residents of the Gaza Strip because they use them for transportation due to the fuel shortage.
It is foolish to demand the surrender of weapons
Sayyed emphasized that one of the most horrific and abhorrent instances of foolishness and misguidance is the demand by some for Hamas to surrender its weapons, including the Palestinian Authority. The Palestinian Authority demonstrates its terrible foolishness, and some work for the Israeli enemy. He explained that the correct logic, based on truth, justice, and facts, is that the Israeli enemy should not possess any weapons, let alone support them with all kinds of lethal weapons!
Sayyed said: In Lebanon, some forces and parties with very negative backgrounds regarding their relationship with the Israeli enemy are working to pressure Hezbollah to disarm. He emphasized that Hezbollah's weapons are meant to protect Lebanon and keep it free, independent, protected, and secure. The effort to disarm Hezbollah serves the enemy, and this is a reprehensible, foolish, and evil logic. He added that our Islamic nation is the nation most in need of weapons.
Sayyed said: Why is it desired that our nation be disarmed at a time when it is being subjected to a brutal and criminal Israeli-American attack? They target our nation in its religion and worldly affairs, then seek to disarm it, making it easy prey for its enemies. He pointed out that there are historical experiences of those who lay down their weapons, targeted by a hateful and criminal enemy, being subjected to genocide, humiliation, and murder. In Lebanon itself, Sabra and Shatila massacre did not occur until the Palestinian fighters left and laid down their weapons.
He added, "When have major crimes and massacres occurred in Palestine? Because the Palestinian people did not acquire the necessary weapons, did not take the necessary military action in the early stages, and did not receive the necessary Arab and Islamic support to acquire the necessary weapons."
He explained that the Israeli enemy is supported by all types of weapons, the most destructive of which are available, and our oppressed and violated peoples are being addressed with the logic of not keeping their weapons in their possession. He emphasized that our peoples are most in need of weapons because they are the ones being attacked and because they are in the right and just position.
The Steadfastness of the Palestinian Resistance
Sayyed explained that the great steadfastness of our mujahid brothers in the Gaza Strip continues, and their heroism is unparalleled in the world. The Israeli enemy acknowledges that it is facing a major dilemma in the Gaza Strip, and is therefore experiencing a real crisis at the military level. The Israeli enemy is suffering from a shortage of manpower, psychological illnesses, and the desertion of many "reserve forces." He emphasized that the steadfastness and heroism in Gaza demonstrate the correct choice and the direction.
He pointed out that the mass starvation of the residents of the Gaza Strip does not reflect military strength or a military victory, but rather is simply a horrific crime and very heinous crimes. He explained that Qassam Brigades have carried out approximately 15 diverse operations, including ambushes, the destruction of enemy vehicles, and sniper attacks against its criminals. Al-Quds Brigades have also carried out significant and important operations.
Sayyed said, "The general atmosphere among my mujahid brothers in the Gaza Strip is one of cooperation, solidarity, and concerted efforts, and this is a great and important thing."
Regarding activities supporting the Palestinian people, he pointed out that the Freedom Flotilla, on its 36th voyage, is a symbolic effort to break the siege on Gaza. At this stage, there is a great opportunity for Muslims—if they understand—given the most widespread condemnation of the Israeli enemy and the denunciation of its criminality.
He pointed out that the global recognition of Palestinian rights and Palestinian injustice is unprecedented, and the Israeli enemy, along with the United States and Zionist European regimes, is being exposed at an unprecedented level. Furthermore, the global climate is in favor of Muslims if they recognize this opportunity and the importance of taking action to avert the danger from them.
The leader Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi emphasized that there are extremely negative positions from some Arab and Islamic regimes that fall short of the level of solidarity and sympathy expressed by some countries in the farthest reaches of the earth.
