The bodies were not removed in Gaza. The blood spilled on the Palestinian altar did not. Israel's bloodshed is met only by the Arabs' drowning in silence.
A silence unprovoked by the clamor of Western diplomacy, and an absence undeterred by the hesitation of Western leaders against "Israel", their daily and hourly efrains in every forum: "Israel has the right to self-defense; it has the right to do whatever against the Palestinians."
It would have been correct to say that the Arabs were in sympathy with the Zionist massacre in Gaza as it unfolded on the second day. But now that the blood has reached its peak after the 21st month, it is true, and even necessary, to say that it is treason in the ugliest form of partnership. Otherwise, what comes after the 60,000 martyrs except genocide? What comes after starvation except displacement and the emptying of the Strip of its people through hunger, bombs, and thirst?
Every bullet fired by "Israel" falls on flesh, and every morsel found behind the walls was waited by a hungry body. "Israel" knows what it wants, and it declares and does what it wants without fear of the brothers of Gaza, nor does it heed international and humanitarian laws. Humanity , from the Jewish perspective, is the exclusive preserve of its followers. Therefore, while "Israel" annihilates when it kills, it is literally committed to international law, specifically international humanitarian law, as long as those it exterminates with bombs and starvation are not human beings, according to Jewish culture.
Starvation is the Enemy's Weapon
American bombs are no longer the enemy's preferred weapon for committing massacres. Starvation—as a means of subduing the resistance—has become the best weapon of all the American bombs and Western missiles on Gaza. Starvation remains the pride of Zionist crimes and its most lethal weapon. Bread has become a dream for the children of Gaza, and only hunger makes them forget their other tragedies, makes them forget that they are orphans, and distracts them from their martyred fathers. They are barely fighting their hunger, with no time to grieve or cry.
The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced five deaths during the past 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition. It stated that the total number of victims who died as a result of the Israeli starvation policy has risen to 180, including 93 children.
This coincided with UN warnings of a severe water crisis, with approximately 90% of Gaza's population lacking access to clean drinking water.
Can the satiated find their food palatable after these scenes? How can people enjoy their sustenance while ,Israel's" hatred is never satisfied by the bodies of these people? It besieges and starves them, then gathers them onto an aid truck and sheds their blood on its scattered flour. It is the art of killing in a way that no sane person or healthy heart can imagine, and it buries the conscience in a way that only a world whose inner being is evil and whose reality is deteriorating can master. Nothing is worse or uglier than this.
In Gaza, death by starvation is no longer a proverb, a story to be told, or a legend to be narrated. Rather, it is the grim reality of the worst situation humanity has witnessed in its modern history, as the world finally gets to see how people die of starvation.
To reveal the Zionist falsehood, the Government Media Office in Gaza stated that only 80 trucks carrying humanitarian aid entered the Gaza Strip on Sunday, the majority of which were looted and stolen as a result of the security chaos systematically perpetuated by the Israeli enemy, as part of what has become known as the policy of "engineering chaos and starvation," aimed at dismantling society and undermining its resilience.
In a statement issued on Monday, the office confirmed that the actual daily needs of the Gaza Strip are estimated at no less than 600 relief and fuel trucks to meet the minimum requirements of life in the health, service, and food sectors, in light of the complete collapse of infrastructure and the ongoing genocidal war waged by the Israeli enemy.
The martyr toll is rising
In the latest statistics, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the arrival of 94 martyrs (including 4 recovered martyrs) and 439 injured to hospitals in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. The ministry said in a statement on Monday that 29 aid victims and 300 injuries arrived at hospitals over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of people seeking a livelihood to 1,516 and more than 10,067.
According to the ministry, the martyr toll from March 18, 2025, so far has reached 9,440 martyrs and 37,986 injuries. The martyr toll by the Israeli aggression has also risen to 60,933 martyrs and 150,027 injuries since October 7, 2023. It explained that many victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them so far.
The Addameer Association for Human Rights reported that 54 Palestinians were listed as missing, their fate still unknown, after they headed to Israeli-American aid distribution centers. It confirmed that "the occupation forces have not revealed their fate."
The Collapse of the Health Sector
Over days, aspects of the crimes committed by the Israeli enemy army during its brutal aggression on the Gaza Strip are revealed.
Khalil Al-Daqran, a spokesman for Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, stated that the enemy's policy has led to a complete collapse of the health system, with hospital bed occupancy exceeding 300%, forcing medical staff to cover corridors and courtyards to accommodate the influx of wounded.
According to the spokesman, children's wards in Gaza hospitals are experiencing unprecedented overcrowding, with doctors forced to accommodate three to four children per bed, amid a deteriorating health environment and a widespread infestation of rats and insects in displacement sites and camps.
Due to the collapse of the health system in the Gaza Strip, epidemics have resurfaced. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced the registration of three deaths from Guillain-Barré syndrome, warning of a dangerous increase in cases of acute flaccid paralysis and Guillain-Barré syndrome among children in the Gaza Strip, as a result of atypical infections and the worsening of acute malnutrition.
It explained in a statement, today, Monday, that medical examinations revealed the presence of intestinal viruses other than polio, confirming the existence of a fertile environment for the uncontrolled spread of infectious diseases.
It stated that two of the deaths were of children under the age of 15, who died after attempts to save them failed due to the lack of necessary treatment due to the blockade.
It emphasized that "these are not just deaths... but rather a warning of a real, potential infectious disaster."
What is Guillain-Barré Syndrome?
Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) is a rare and serious neurological disorder in which the immune system attacks the peripheral nerves, leading to severe muscle weakness that can quickly progress to temporary paralysis. This disease is one of the most important causes of acute paralysis not caused by spinal injuries.
Symptoms of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) often appear 10 days to 3 weeks after a viral or bacterial infection.
Associated infections include upper respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal infections, particularly those caused by Campylobacter jejuni, Zika virus, seasonal influenza, and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV).
The syndrome itself is not contagious, but it can occur as a result of a contagious infection. It also occurs in people with a previous infection. Males are more susceptible, and it rarely affects children.
The most prominent symptoms of the syndrome include weakness or numbness that begins in the legs and may extend to the arms and face, progressive paralysis that may affect the respiratory muscles (the patient may require mechanical ventilation), muscle or joint pain, changes in blood pressure or heart rate, difficulty controlling urination or bowel movements, and loss of balance or motor coordination.
Regarding the seriousness of the disease, It can lead to respiratory failure if symptoms reach the diaphragm muscles. Recovery can take weeks to years, and in some cases, permanent complications such as weakness or numbness remain. The mortality rate ranges from 4–7%, especially in the absence of intensive healthcare.
