As the flames of the Zionist aggression continue to consume Gaza—turning homes into rubble and residents into starving refugees—shocking figures reveal a growing economic partnership between Arab states and the Israeli entity.

Zionist media confirmed on Wednesday that Arab countries that have normalized ties with “Israel” exported goods worth $116.4 million to the occupation state, including $8.16 million worth of food products across 18 categories. Egypt topped the list of Arab countries exporting food to “Israel,” with total exports reaching $3.8 million. Jordan, despite officially announcing a halt in exports since August 2024, exported 791 tons of vegetables between June and July, including 695 tons of tomatoes and 96.5 tons of peppers.

These numbers—though they may appear to be cold statistics on trade spreadsheets—are, in essence, a glaring indictment and a stain of shame upon those complicit in the bloodshed of innocents.

Data from the Zionist so-called Central Bureau of Statistics confirmed that from October 2023, coinciding with the intensification of the genocidal war on Gaza, until February 2025, the volume of trade between Arab states and the Zionist enemy surpassed $6.1 billion. This staggering figure represents direct support for the Zionist war machine. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) alone accounted for $4.3 billion—nearly two-thirds of all Arab trade with the entity—while imports from other Arab countries totaled $1.57 billion.

UAE: A Key Player in Starvation and Siege

The UAE leads this normalization axis, boasting record trade numbers with the occupying entity. As images of starving children in Gaza filled the world’s screens, Abu Dhabi was exporting 1,377 types of products to the Israeli regime. These included diamonds, jewelry, precious metals, electrical machinery, and food products. In return, the UAE imported 763 products from the Zionist enemy, bringing the total trade between the two to $2 billion, the highest among Arab states.

This behavior reveals a disturbing disconnect between these regimes and the most basic human values. While the Zionist enemy employs starvation as a weapon of war, the complicity goes beyond silence—it escalates to direct funding of a genocidal campaign. Exports of pearls, precious stones, and precious metals from normalizing Arab countries—most of which originated from the UAE—reached $584.8 million. They were followed by electrical machinery and equipment at $278.5 million, and building materials such as cement and gypsum at $533 million. Most cruelly, these exports included food items, clothing, and fertilizers worth $52.6 million.

A Long Road of Concessions

This level of economic normalization didn’t emerge overnight. It is the culmination of a long path of concessions that began to manifest clearly after the “Abraham Accords” of September 2020. These agreements opened the floodgates for economic normalization at unprecedented levels. According to the Zionist "Export Institute", trade volume with the UAE in 2021 reached approximately $1.2 billion. In the first half of 2022 alone, the volume reached $1.4 billion. Zionist exports to the UAE in 2021 totaled $385 million—five times the amount in 2020.

In September 2022, the Zionist "ambassador" to the UAE Amir Hayek confirmed that trade volume reached $1.4 billion in the first seven months of that year, while the figure for all of 2021 was $1.2 billion. Then came the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement in late May 2022, aiming to boost trade and investment relations to $10 billion annually within five years. The agreement included the removal of tariffs on 96% of goods. What was once shamelessly declared as a diplomatic and economic success now stands as irrefutable evidence of betrayal, showing how these countries were building economic bridges with an enemy relentlessly assaulting Palestinians.

Deafening Silence Amid Daily Massacres

The true tragedy is that this massive volume of Arab-Israeli trade continues amid absolute silence and a complete disregard for the suffering of Gaza’s people. While global cameras documented daily massacres, these billion-dollar deals were being signed, and goods were flowing to nourish the Zionist economy. This behavior cannot be justified by any logic. No regime can excuse ignoring the cries of a people facing annihilation. This silence and disregard are, in themselves, complicity—it not only legitimizes Israeli crimes but also directly contributes to the killing, starvation, and displacement of Palestinians. It reflects an unprecedented degradation in values and priorities.

A Strategic Agenda Behind Economic Normalization

The Zionist entity’s hidden goals behind this economic normalization go far beyond mere financial gain. With the support of normalizing countries, “Israel” seeks to infiltrate Arab and Islamic markets through deceptive means, such as re-exporting Israeli products under Arab branding. This systematic economic penetration is a key component of the broader Zionist plan for the region—namely, the realization of the “Greater Israel” dream. Every trade deal signed, every dollar paid, and every product imported from the entity is additional fuel for the Israeli war machine and a stepping stone in its expansionist ambitions, threatening not only Palestine and its people but the very existence and resources of the entire Arab and Islamic world.
