Al-Hodeidah governorate witnessed massive rallies across 268 squares, reaffirming solidarity with the Palestinian people and unwavering support for Gaza under the slogan:
“We stand firm with Gaza… We do not fear threats nor are we intimidated by conspiracies.”
The rallies were led by Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qaheem, Governor Abdullah Atifi, First Deputy Governor Ahmed Al-Bushri, along with Deputy Governors Mohammed Hleisi and Ali Kabbari. Participants chanted slogans expressing the Yemeni people’s steadfast commitment to the Palestinian cause and their support for Gaza’s resistance in the face of Zionist aggression.
Protesters condemned the genocide and starvation inflicted by the Zionist entity on the Palestinian people, describing these crimes as a lasting stain on the conscience of the international community, which continues to stand idle in the face of such atrocities.
They stressed that the ongoing killing of children, women, and the elderly in Gaza—along with the relentless blockade—amounts to war crimes. Responsibility, they asserted, lies squarely with the Zionist occupation and its allies, foremost among them the United States, which actively supports the aggression through funding, arms supplies, and political cover.
The protesters also renewed their condemnation of the betrayal by certain Arab regimes that have normalized ties with the Zionist enemy, calling these moves a shameful collapse and a profound betrayal of the causes of the Muslim nation.
They emphasized that Yemenis have long stood at the forefront of the Arab and Islamic world in defending Palestine—and that both the official and popular positions will remain firm, regardless of growing threats and conspiracies.
Finally, the protesters declared their full readiness for jihad and general mobilization, affirming that the Palestinian cause remains their top priority, and that Yemeni lives are not too dear to be sacrificed in the defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque and Islamic sanctities.
