These days, the Islamic nation celebrates the birth of the Seal of the Prophets (Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abdul Muttalib ibn Hashim, may God's prayers be upon him and his family), that blessed arrival that changed the course of history and saved humanity from the abyss of misguidance and confusion. His birth was not an ordinary event, but rather a watershed moment that brought to the world the project of salvation and the message of mercy to all, as God Almighty says: "And We have sent you, ,  as a mercy to the worlds."

Before the mission of the Messenger (peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family), the entire world was iin a state of ignorance and oppression. Misguidance was rampant, blindness was severe, confusion and bewilderment were widespread, and the arrogant powers dominated with their power and might. They led astray and oppressed. The sphere of light diminished on Earth, and the darkness of ignorance of truth and reality, the darkness of superstition, falsehood, and corruption enveloped it. It was filled with injustice, oppression, and aggression. Humanity lost awareness of the sacred purpose of its existence and its responsibility in life. Man became lost, unaware of his role, and his only concern was eating to live and living to eat, like grazing livestock.

The arrogant, domineering, and unjust criminals were able to turn superstition into a belief, deviation and corruption into behavior and habit, and ignorance and falsehoods into customs and traditions. They forbade what God permitted and permitted what He prohibited. Through their misguidance of God’s servants and their brutality, they reached the point of emptying man of his human emotion. They led a father to slaughter his child and kill his newborn daughter, either out of fear of poverty or because they considered her a shortcoming.

All these superstitions, corruptions, and ignorance have transformed into beliefs that they sanctify, adhere to, and cling to with the utmost fervor. They have become customs to which they are fanatical, imprinted for generations, with one generation dying in accordance with them, while the next lives on. They have dominated people's lives, becoming entrenched, until they have become established and constant, with all the negative consequences that have resulted from them and have arisen from them in the realities of life: hardship and misery, oppression and injustice, dispersion and division, conflict and strife, and misery and degradation.

The Mission of Changing a Deviant Reality

While human society needs change, it will not be an easy task given a reality that has reached this point, where the forces of tyranny protect, foster, and exacerbate this deviation, and where the hallmarks of God's message in previous prophets and messengers have been erased from their followers.

All that remains for everyone is rituals and formalities devoid of any meaning and ineffective. They have become a part of reality, neither righteous nor reformers, but rather deviants and distorters, misguided and misleading, corrupt and corrupting. They have transformed the Books of God into papers, which they reveal and conceal much of. They have transformed them into written expressions that are incapable of implementation, prevent guidance from being followed, and prevent them from being acted upon. They have distorted them, seeking to transform them into means of misleading and falsely slandering God in their name. They have gone astray, {And they have led many astray and have strayed from the right path} .

Signs of the Source of Light and the Movement of the Elephant People

Before the mission of the Noble Prophet, and the dominance of the arrogant, the People of the Elephant moved to eliminate what they consider as a future threat. They knew from the signs, reports, and indications that the source of light and salvation would come with the arrival of the Seal of the Prophets from Mecca in that year. They moved with their army, seeking direct control, nipping the divine project at its beginning, and destroying the future of the divine message, just as Pharaoh did in his attempt to obstruct the divine will regarding Moses (peace be upon him), but failed.

They also sought to destroy the Ka'aba, the Holy House of Allah, the center of religious rituals, and the remaining symbol of the Arabs' unanimous reverence for it, despite their differences on all other matters. At the forefront of their army, they brought an elephant to terrify the Arabs and frighten them with this unfamiliar creature, a large animal that many saw as irresistible.

Despite the sanctity of the Holy House among the Arabs, inherited from the time of the Prophet Abraham, and his son, the Prophet Ishmael, peace and blessings be upon them, and their connection to the rituals of Hajj, they—as a result of the division, disagreement, and dispersion they experienced, the obscurantist concepts that dominated their thinking and outlook, the dysfunction they suffered from in their entire lives, and their loss of hope in Allah Almighty—did not take serious action to confront the People of the Elephant. Defeat and despair overwhelmed them, and they fled from confrontation. Ultimately, they said, "The House has a Lord who protects it." Then Allah protected His Holy House and fulfilled His will with the arrival of the blessed newborn Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.

Allah's message changed the reality in the Arabian Peninsula

As for the Elephant people , Allah destroyed them. As for their plot and deceit, they were nullified and ended, and they did not achieve what they desired. Allah Almighty's will and mercy for His servants brought salvation and relief after misguidance had reached its peak, and the control of tyranny and arrogance had become entrenched all around  the world, filling the hearts of humanity with its darkness, blinding their insights and making their lives miserable. Thus, the divine message, through the movement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), after his noble mission as a guide, teacher, and educator, struggling, patient, and sacrificing, changed the entire reality of the Arabian Peninsula, extending—at varying levels—across the world.

Ummah that was divided, ignorant, and dark, and was frightened one day by a single elephant at the head of an army, its reality changed after its conversion to Islam, after it was enlightened by the light, gained insight into the guidance, and was purified by the Qur’an and the upbringing of the Messenger (may Allah bless him and his family and grant them peace), so it faced armies.

What reform the Ummah at its beginning will do so now

The divine message is the only project capable of bringing about true change in human reality and offering realistic solutions for humanity. This is because it is a comprehensive project that addresses the individual himself, changing the darkness and defilement within himself. If the individual is reformed, then life as a whole and his reality will be reformed. Because it is a project that creates awareness, purifies the soul, takes the hand of man in life on the right path, and guides to that which is most upright. And because it is Allah’s project for all His servants, not from a people who consider themselves and their interests at the expense of another people, nor from one race over another, nor from one color over another, nor from one nationality over another, rather it is the right word upon which all people can agree, and it is the true, righteous global project, based on justice, and justice is a fundamental pillar in its structure. God Almighty said: {Say, “The command of my Lord…”} {in justice} , and God Almighty said: {O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah} , then it is Allah Almighty’s proof against His servants; Because He is the One who created them, He is their Lord, their King, and their true God, and to Him is their destiny, their judgment, and their reward. He has addressed them since the beginning of their existence on this earth, so Allah Almighty said, informing them of His call and His argument: {O children of Adam}, Allah’s address to mankind in all generations that have passed, {O children of Adam, if there come to you messengers from among you relating to you My verses - then whoever fears Allah and does righteous deeds - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve. (35) And those who deny Our verses and are arrogant toward them - those will send to the Hell forever}.

From this perspective, there is no salvation for humanity today through any alternative to Allah Almighty's message, and no solution that will change reality in its entirety except by following to the divine message, to Allah's message and His light. There is no reform for the last of the nation except through that which reformed its first.

Allegiance to the enemy is a deviation from the truth and a betrayal of Ummah

It has been proven that the forces of arrogance today—led by UD and "Israel—exacerbate humanity's problems, spread corruption on earth, attack people, plunder resources, create wars and crises, and bring nothing but more tragedies and disasters to humanity. The situation in our Islamic world—particularly in the Arab region—has been exacerbated by the blind allegiance of some countries that present themselves as representing Islam. This is the case of the hypocritical Saudi regime, which has transformed itself into an instrument of evil to carry out the conspiracies of the enemy and destroy the Ummah. It is, without a doubt, a dark and unjust extension of the forces of arrogance, and represents a state of deviation and distortion within the Ummah, which has combined with similar deviations and distortions in the Law of Moses and the Law of Jesus, peace be upon them.

The Holy Quran considers allegiance to the enemies of the Ummah, the arrogant ones, a deviation from the truth, a deviation from guidance, and a betrayal of the Ummah.

Allah says: { whoever among you takes them as allies, then indeed, he is one of them. Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.} . The greatest suffering the Ummah is experiencing today is this allegiance, which represents a state of huge, harmful, and destructive penetration within the Ummah. The Ummah must beware of it, fortify itself against it with awareness, and confront its conspiracies and plots by assuming responsibility. The fate of those traitors and deviants is loss, in fulfillment of the divine promise in Surah Al-Ma'idah. In the face of challenges (internal, from the forces of hypocrisy, and external, from the forces of tyranny and arrogance), the nation is concerned with holding fast to Allah Almighty and firmly adhering to His message. Through it, it gains strength, through its teachings, it succeeds, and by adhering to it, it triumphs. This is because it is a message whose content, including teachings, guidance, and wisdom, are elements of strength. Indeed, the elements of strength are inherent within it, and by adhering to it, the Ummah receives Allah's victory and support.

Our Yemeni people have been greatly honored—beginning with the Ansar—in their faith, jihad, and interaction with Allah' Almighty's message. He even received the Great Medal of Honor, as narrated by the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family, regarding them: ((Faith is Yemeni, and wisdom is Yemeni)), so our great Yemeni people, with their awareness, were not influenced by the trumpets of misinformation. With the exception of traitors, hypocrites, and mercenaries, the masses of the Yemeni people - with great patience, steadfastness, sacrifice, and giving - presented to the world the most beautiful image of the greatness of the values of Islam and the impact of faith. The families of the martyrs, the wounded, the heroes of the field, and the masses of the people proved to everyone that strength is the strength of principles, values morals, and  reliance on Allah and trust in Him.

Therefore, the Yemeni people today, in accordance with the Islamic covenant they presented at the beginning of Islam to the Messenger of God, Muhammad (may God bless him and his family), out of faith, support, and selflessness, affirm today, in word and deed, their continuation of the path, their continued pursuit of insight and the continuous advancement of faith.

On the occasion of the Prophet's birthday, the Yemeni people affirm—based on their Islamic affiliation, faith-based identity, and humanity—their commitment to the issues of the Ummah, foremost among which is the central issue of the oppression of the Palestinian people, the occupation of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the holy sites, and  Palestine, and the danger posed by the Israeli enemy to the entire Ummah. Therefore, the Yemeni people constantly affirm their sincere support for the Palestinian people and their resistance, as well as for the Lebanese resistance.
