Mohammed Al-Farh, a member of Ansarullah’s political bureau, denounced repeated Israeli aggression on Yemen as war crimes and blatant violations of international law.
He stressed that targeting vital civilian infrastructure that supports the Yemeni population’s livelihood, food security, and trade underscores the aggressor’s hostility and malice toward civilians.
Al-Farh highlighted that these attacks occur amid US backing and the apparent inaction of United Nations agencies, which he accused of applying double standards and turning a blind eye to Israeli enemy’s daily violations.
Reaffirming Yemen’s unwavering support for besieged Gaza, Al-Farh called on Muslim nations and their governments to take concrete measures to deter the ongoing mass atrocities against Gaza’s civilians and to lift the unjust blockade.
He further asserted that Yemen will continue to defend its sovereignty and people by all available means and will seek to impose the harshest consequences on those responsible for these aggressions.
Yemen has faced repeated Israeli aggression on civilian infrastructure, amid US support and limited UN response. The strikes occur in the context of ongoing regional tensions and Yemen’s support for Gaza.
