Gaza Strip has become embroiled in a new international conspiracy, orchestrated, as usual, by the United States of America and its treacherous tools and agents among the Arabs and Muslims. Instead of fulfilling its role in halting the Zionist genocide against the Palestinians, the UN Security Council approved a US-drafted resolution legitimizing international trusteeship over Gaza.
Resolution 2803 calls for the "establishment of a temporary international force to stabilize the Gaza Strip," endorsing Trump's 20-point plan, which includes a ceasefire, the reconstruction of Gaza, an international transitional administration, and the disarmament of the resistance. It also establishes a peace council and authorizes the use of force until 2027, with semi-annual reports. Thirteen members of the Council voted in favor of the resolution, while China and Russia abstained without using their veto power.
The vote on the resolution is considered a victory for the criminal US President Trump, who expressed his great satisfaction, indicating that the members of the "Peace Council on Gaza" would be announced in the coming weeks. His Secretary of State stated, "We are closer than ever to achieving a demilitarized, non-extremist, and stable Gaza."
Perhaps the most dangerous aspect of the resolution is the disarmament of the resistance and the Security Council's legitimization of a so-called "transitional administration" headed by the "Peace Council," chaired by Trump. British Prime Minister Tony Blair was previously chosen for this role.
All of this is being done with the support, blessing, and endorsement of some Arab and Islamic countries, most notably Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Pakistan, and Malaysia, with the aim of crushing the resistance and erasing it forever.
Instead of using its veto power, the Russian representative to the Security Council merely described the events as "a sad day." Despite this Russian passivity, he asserted that "the integrity of the Security Council has been violated today by the adoption of this resolution," noting that "the responsibility for implementing the Trump plan rests entirely on the shoulders of its authors and supporters, primarily the Arab and Islamic states." It was as if he were saying: if the Arab and Islamic states agree to this plan, what is the point of Russia objecting to it? Had there been a strong Arab will and significant opposition, Russia and China might have resorted to using their veto power.
One of the dangerous aspects of the draft resolution is that it does not grant the Security Council any oversight role regarding the ceasefire in Gaza. Furthermore, it will deepen the separation of Gaza from the West Bank and will grant "legitimacy" to international forces operating in the Strip and fighting the resistance, just as the enemy army does. This means that what has happened is a complete unmasking of the true intentions. The enemy entity will not be alone in confronting the Palestinian resistance; rather, it will be joined by Arab, Islamic, American, and Western forces. This is the height of international hypocrisy. Instead of lifting the injustice inflicted upon Gaza, there is a blatant and open conspiracy to divide and displace its people and eliminate its resistance.
We are, therefore, facing a pivotal moment in the history of the Palestinian cause. New tragedies await Gaza Strip, and treacherous and cowardly stabs are being delivered to the resistance by some Arabs and Muslims who have chosen to be dragged into Trump's infidel scheme instead of supporting Gaza with funds and weapons to liberate it from the Zionist occupation.
A Matter of Grave Concern
The Chinese representative to the Security Council—who also did not use his veto—deemed the American draft resolution a "matter of grave concern," emphasizing that it ignored the Palestinian people's ownership of Gaza. He added, "Gaza belongs to the Palestinian people and no one else, and any power or agreement must respect this right." He pointed out that the post-war governance arrangements in Gaza were unclear and that Palestinian sovereignty and ownership were not fully reflected in the draft.
This Chinese statement confirms that the American plan for Gaza aims to occupy it in another way, to colonize it, or to place it under a mandate, or under any other guise. The primary beneficiary of this will be the United States and the criminal Trump, who views the Strip as a valuable asset that will bring him immense wealth.
Explicit Palestinian Rejection of the Project
Palestinian resistance movements, foremost among them Hamas, rejected the draft resolution, asserting that it imposes an international trusteeship mechanism on the Gaza Strip. This is unacceptable to the Palestinian people, their forces, and factions. They emphasized that the resolution imposes a mechanism to achieve the occupation's objectives, which it failed to achieve through its brutal war of extermination. Furthermore, this resolution severs the Gaza Strip from the rest of Palestinian territory and attempts to impose a new reality that disregards the fundamental principles of the Palestinian people and their legitimate national rights, thus depriving them of their right to self-determination and the establishment of their Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
The resistance believes that assigning the international force tasks and roles within the Gaza Strip—including "disarming the resistance"—removes its neutrality and transforms it into a party to the conflict, siding with the occupation. The factions emphasized that "any international force—if established—must be stationed solely on the border to separate the forces and monitor the ceasefire. It must be fully under UN supervision and operate exclusively in coordination with official Palestinian institutions, with no role for the occupation. Its role must be to ensure the flow of aid, without transforming into a security force that persecutes our people and their resistance."
This American move—legitimized by the Security Council—is leading to further escalation in the region. The repercussions will not be limited to Gaza alone, but will encompass the entire resistance axis. This is a clear alliance forming against the forces of freedom in the region. The goal behind it is to liquidate the Palestinian cause and eradicate its resistance, alter the demographics of Gaza, and transform it into a real estate market for Trump.
This shift presents us with multiple scenarios, the most prominent of which is the elimination of the Palestinian cause and the resistance. This would be achieved through US intervention in Gaza under a UN resolution, aided by forces affiliated with the Arab and Islamic world who would then fight the Palestinian people in Gaza, replacing the exhausted Israeli army. This is a dangerous and despicable step that serves the interests of the Israeli enemy.
Another scenario desired by the enemies of freedom is that the resistance would submit to this resolution, surrender its weapons, and live under international trusteeship. This would expose them to repression, arrest, humiliation, and abuse. However, this scenario is unlikely, given that the resistance forces affirm they will not accept trusteeship and will defend their rights and dignity.
The final scenario—and the most anticipated—is that the resistance will confront this dangerous scheme that targets its very existence and seeks to legitimize the occupation of Gaza. Despite her awareness of the enormity of what is being plotted against her, it is a necessary choice for her, and this requires the axis of resistance - despite what it has been exposed to - to exert all possible pressure to reject the American conspiracy against Gaza, and to harness all its capabilities and resources to thwart the decision if the conspirators insist on implementing it.
