The crew of the Eternity C vessel—sunk by Yemeni Armed Forces on July 9 for its connection to the Israeli enemy—was released through Omani mediation.

The crew was airlifted from Sana’a to Muscat, while an Omani aircraft simultaneously transported dozens of stranded individuals, patients, and wounded back to Yemen.

The Armed Forces had previously announced targeting the vessel as it was en route to the occupied Palestinian port of Umm al-Rashrash, using a drone boat and six cruise and ballistic missiles, which resulted in its complete sinking.

A special naval unit subsequently carried out a rescue operation for several crew members.

Later, the Military Media released footage and testimonies from the rescued crew, confirming the ship’s violation of the navigation ban on ports under Israeli occupation and revealing that the declared stop at Jeddah Port was intended for deception.

The footage also documented a two-day search-and-rescue mission that saved 11 crew members and recovered one body found aboard the vessel before it sank.
