The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine and its military wing, Al-Quds Brigades, honored Sana’a Radio – General Program and Sam FM Radio on Saturday in recognition of their ongoing efforts in supporting the Palestinian cause and the resistance in Gaza.

The movement’s representative in Sana’a, Ahmed Barakah, presented the “Al-Aqsa Flood” shields to Abdulrahman Al-Humran, Head of Sana’a Radio – General Program, and Hamoud Sharaf Al-Din, Director of Sam FM, in appreciation of the stations’ steadfast support for Palestine and its heroic resistance.

During the ceremony, both Al-Humran and Al-Din expressed their gratitude to the Islamic Jihad Movement, noting that the honor is truly a tribute to all staff members working in the two stations.

They reaffirmed their unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their legitimate struggle to reclaim their land and establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.

They emphasized that such support is a religious and moral duty for all free media outlets, fully aligned with Yemen’s principled and historic stance in supporting the Palestinian people and their steadfast resistance.

For his part, the movement’s representative in Sana’a praised the efforts of Sana’a Radio and Sam FM in championing Palestine and exposing the crimes of the Zionist entity in Gaza and across Palestine.

He expressed his appreciation to both stations and their staff, wishing success to all media institutions committed to exposing Israeli violations, as well as the major conspiracies in which some parties claiming to represent the Arab and Islamic nations are complicit.

He also commended the position of the Yemeni people, in all their components, particularly the revolutionary leadership represented by Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, asking God to grant him success and reward him for his support of the struggle in Palestine.
