The Zionist enemy renewed its incursion in the vicinity of Beit Jinn in the Damascus countryside, firing shots to intimidate civilians.

The Zionist enemy’s forces on Saturday once again advanced into the surroundings of the town of Beit Jinn in southern Syria’s Damascus countryside, opening intermittent fire to terrify livestock herders and drive them away from the area, according to the SANA news agency.

The agency reported that a Zionist force consisting of 3 tanks and 5 vehicles advanced into the intersection known as Mafraq Bab al-Sadd and Sariyat al-Dabbabat, along the road linking the Beit Jinn farm to the villages of Hadr, Jubatha al-Khashab, and Tarnajah in the Quneitra countryside.

The report added that the forces opened fire intermittently into the air, set up a checkpoint, and prevented passersby from crossing.

This latest incursion came eight days after an airstrike targeted the town, an attack that killed 13 people and wounded dozens of others, following clashes with residents who attempted to defend their land.

According to SANA, the Zionist enemy forces also carried out an incursion yesterday in the towns of Saida al-Hanout, Be’er Ajam, and Briqa in the southern Quneitra countryside.
