Several areas across the occupied West Bank witnessed attacks by Zionist settlers on Saturday, including assaults on Palestinians and attacks on Palestinian homes under the protection of the Zionist enemy's army.
In al-Khalil, settlers and forces of the Zionist enemy assaulted Palestinian citizens east of the city in the southern West Bank.
Local sources reported that settlers from the settlement of “Avigal”, built on Palestinian-owned lands and properties east of al-Khalil, along with enemy forces, brutally beat members of the Idris family in the “Khallet al-Natash” area on Jabal Johar, causing bruises and contusions that were treated on-site.
Meanwhile, three Palestinians were injured Saturday afternoon after being beaten by the Zionist enemy's army near the city of Jericho in the eastern occupied West Bank.
Local sources said the three young men sustained bruises “as a result of the severe beating by enemy forces near Jericho.”
They added that the Zionist enemy's army stopped the three young men while they were passing through a military checkpoint near the settlement of “Ma’ale Ephraim”, built on the lands of al-Jiftlik town north of Jericho, assaulted them severely, and then transferred them to the hospital.
Elsewhere, local sources reported that settlers stormed the village of Kisan, southeast of Bethlehem, and—under the protection of the enemy forces—attacked citizens’ homes and fired live bullets toward them, with no injuries reported.
Kisan has been witnessing repeated settler attacks, including assaults on homes and livestock theft.
In the northern West Bank, local sources stated that the Zionist enemy's army raided the city of Jenin and the town of Arraba to its south, storming several homes and detaining several young men before releasing them.
The enemy’s army also raided the town of Burqin west of Jenin, fired live bullets in its streets, and spread through its neighborhoods, with no injuries or arrests reported, according to the same source.
Meanwhile, Palestine Radio reported that the Zionist enemy's army also raided the town of Rummana, west of Jenin, without providing further details.
These attacks come amid an unprecedented escalation in settler violence against Palestinians in the West Bank, coinciding with the continued widespread Zionist military deployment.
For months, the West Bank has witnessed a sharp rise in settler attacks, including burning property, assaulting farmers, and preventing them from reaching their lands, amid accusations that the Zionist enemy's army does not intervene.
According to field data, the Zionist enemy's army and settlers carried out 2,144 attacks during November across various governorates of the West Bank.
Data published by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority indicated that November recorded 621 attacks by settlers — one of the highest waves documented.
