A Palestinian child was injured on Saturday evening during an attack carried out by Zionist settlers on the Al-Malih community in the northern Jordan Valley.

Zionist settlers stormed the Al-Malih community and began assaulting residents in the area.

The Director of Ambulance and Emergency Services in Tubas, Nidal Odeh, reported that emergency crews received a call regarding a child who was injured after being beaten by Zionist settlers.

He added that forces from the Zionist enemy “army” present in the area, accompanied by settlers, prevented an ambulance from reaching the scene.

Zionist settlers continue their repeated incursions into the community as part of ongoing pressure on Palestinians aimed at forcing them to abandon their homes and leave the area.

Approximately 750,000 settlers reside in hundreds of settlements built on West Bank land, including 250,000 in the occupied East of Al-Quds. They carry out daily attacks against Palestinian civilians in an effort to forcibly displace them.

The occupied West Bank has been witnessing a sharp escalation in settler violence. According to data from the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission for last November, settlers carried out 621 attacks across the West Bank, targeting residents and their property. These attacks have taken place amid directives from the Zionist so-called Minister of National Security, war criminal Itamar Ben-Gvir, calling for providing protection to settlers and facilitating their actions.

Since the start of the genocidal war on Gaza, the Zionist enemy “army” and settlers in the West Bank, including Al-Quds, have killed more than 1,103 Palestinians, wounded nearly 11,000 others, and arrested more than 21,000 people.
