An Al Mayadeen correspondent reported that Israeli enemy forces advanced on Wednesday north of the town of Houla in southern Lebanon and detonated a house adjacent to the road leading to the town of Markaba.
Later, the correspondent added that an Israeli drone targeted an excavator with a bomb in the town of Aita al-Shaab in southern Lebanon.
These attacks come within the framework of ongoing Israeli violations of the declaration of the cessation of hostilities, which was issued under U.S. and French presidential sponsorship on November 27, 2024, as well as violations of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701, adopted in 2006, and of Lebanese sovereignty.
