A project known as the Shout was launched by the Martyred Qur’anic leader al-Sayyid Hussein Badruddin al-Houthi (may Allah be pleased with him) as a strategic initiative to confront the forces of global arrogance, foremost among them the United States and the Zionist entity. The project has since evolved into a Qur’anic compass embraced by free people around the world, exposing American and Zionist schemes and conspiracies directed against the Islamic nation.
Despite persistent attempts by adversaries to obstruct the Qur’anic project and diminish its significance, its deep-rooted connection to the Holy Qur’an and the guiding figures of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) has rendered it a firmly entrenched strategic stance—resilient in the face of hostility and influential upon its enemies.
Since its launch in 2001, the Qur’anic project has faced dozens of wars and intense international pressure, driven by American and Zionist incitement aimed at eliminating it. Nevertheless, it has continued to unsettle the system of hegemony, revealing the fragility of the Zionist entity when confronted by a Qur’anic project that leaves a profound impact on popular, regional, and public conscience.
After two decades of conspiracies and coordinated local and international campaigns against the bearers of the Qur’anic project. At a time marked by heightened Zionist tyranny, the representative of the Zionist entity appeared yesterday to complain about the Shout slogan and its impact on the entity. This scene exposed the enemy’s fear of the jihadi project's strength and enduring influence.
The raising of the slogan on an international platform demonstrates that the Shout is transforming into a global phenomenon and that the Zionist entity remains incapable of containing it. Every act of incitement against the slogan only serves to reinforce the project’s legitimacy and expand its influence.
This development leads to the conclusion that the Qur’anic project is establishing a new equation: confronting arrogance first through awareness, adhering firmly to Qur’anic principles and values, and transforming the enemy’s provocative actions into opportunities to deepen national unity and entrench the independence of decision-making and political stance.
Accordingly, the Shout stands as a continuous project—renewed with every act of targeting or attempted restriction—demonstrating that true strength does not reside in weapons alone, but in awareness and calculated action.
From the very first moment of launching the Shout, the martyred leader emphasized that the battle with the forces of arrogance extends beyond military battlefields to a struggle over awareness and the capacity to confront intellectual and political colonialism. In a lecture delivered 24 years ago, he stated that the Shout slogan leaves a profound impact on the Israeli enemy, making the Qur’anic project a strategic tool that strengthens the position of the Islamic nation and exposes the ambitions of the arrogant powers.
Despite the intense American and Israeli pressure exerted against the Qur’anic project, the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and the continued raising of the slogan reflect that the project rests upon a solid foundation of Qur’anic values and strategic awareness that transforms pressure and attacks into factors of mobilization.
As events escalate, the representative of the Zionist entity raises the Shout slogan at the United Nations Security Council, believing this act would pressure Yemenis or incite the international community against them. However, the reaction proves entirely counterproductive, as all indicators confirm that the project is growing stronger and more influential, with every attempt to neutralize it converted into an opportunity to expand its international presence.
In this context, several Yemeni and Arab activists reacted to the statements made by the Zionist entity’s representative at the Security Council, considering the event a qualitative shift in the trajectory of the Qur’anic project and a Zionist acknowledgment of the danger it poses.
The elevation of the slogan at the highest international platforms reveals that the Qur’anic project confronts arrogance with deliberate awareness. Every attempt to diminish its impact or demonize it ultimately enhances its presence and transforms targeting into an opportunity to redefine dignity and national stance.
At a time when Zionists are exposed to the magnitude of the Qur’anic project, global public opinion becomes increasingly aware that power is not measured by material or military means alone, but by Qur’anic awareness and sound foundations that enable believers to overcome and defeat the Jews.
Overall, today’s international scene confirms that the Shout project has established itself as a strategic intellectual and political force capable of shaking the colonial system without relying solely on weapons.
The raising of the slogan at the Security Council constitutes an implicit acknowledgment of its danger and demonstrates that the Zionist entity—despite its military arsenal and international support—remains incapable of confronting it. The Qur’anic project transforms every attempt at targeting into greater presence and legitimacy, proving that a truthful word rooted in right and principle can generate an impact surpassing military force.
It can thus be concluded that the chant of the Shout represents an ongoing Qur’anic project in its confrontation with the forces of hegemony and arrogance, destined for victory regardless of the convergence of enemies and the conspiracies they devise, embodying the divine promise expressed in the words of Allah Almighty: “And Allah prevails over His affair, but most people do not know.”
