The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that 591 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 11, 2025, as Israeli violations continue across the besieged Strip.
In its latest statistical report, the ministry announced that over the past 48 hours, two martyrs were recovered from beneath the rubble and 15 injured Palestinians were transferred to hospitals across Gaza.
Rising toll since October 2025 ceasefire
According to the ministry, since the implementation of the ceasefire agreement on October 11, 2025, the total number of those killed by the Israeli occupation has reached 591, while 1,598 others have been injured. The number of bodies retrieved from under the rubble during this period stands at 726. The ministry stressed that these figures reflect ongoing Israeli attacks and violations of the truce, which continue to claim Palestinian lives despite the declared halt in hostilities.
The ministry further confirmed that the cumulative death toll since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,051 martyrs, with 171,706 Palestinians wounded.
It noted that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble or lying in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews remain unable to access them due to continued Israeli attacks and the scale of the devastation.
Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out assaults across the Gaza Strip, in blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement.
