Five workers from the town of Nahalin, west of Beit-lehem, were injured on Tuesday in two separate run-over incidents carried out by Zionist settlers. Meanwhile, Zionist enemy forces arrested five other workers from the village of Husan, and settlers set fire to a home in Masafer Yatta, south of al-Khalil.
Local sources reported that a settler hit four workers with his vehicle near the village of Wadi Fukin in the west while they were trying to reach their workplaces in al-Quds, causing them bruises and injuries. The victims were identified as Abdullah Abu Diya, Majdi al-Najjar, Muhammad Fanoun, and Muhammad Shakarneh.
In a separate incident, another settler ran over worker Ali Rizq Ali Yassin after Zionist forces had shot him in the leg. He was subsequently taken to a hospital in al-Quds for treatment.
In related developments, Zionist forces arrested Laith Shusha, Alaa Shusha, Yassin Hammamra, Muhammad Hammamra, and Mansour Zaoul while they were attempting to reach their workplaces in occupied al-Quds.
Masafer Yatta, south of al-Khalil, also witnessed another attack, where settlers set fire to the home of citizen Bajes Ibrahim Muhammad Rubai in the village of al-Tuwani, according to activist Fouad Amour. He noted that settlers continue their attacks and provocative tours in the area.
Sources added that the settlers wrote racist slogans on the walls of the property, continuing their assaults on residents and their belongings.
Activists warned of an escalation in these attacks, emphasizing the need to strengthen protection and resilience committees to counter them and reduce their impact.
