Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi affirmed Iran’s legitimate and decisive right to defend itself against U.S.-Israeli aggression.
Araghchi discussed the latest developments of the U.S.-Israeli attacks on Iran during a phone call with his Egyptian counterpart, Badr Abdel-Aati.
Abdel-Aati briefed the Iranian minister on his country’s recent consultations with regional and international parties aimed at reducing tensions in the region.
Both sides confirmed the continuation of consultations between the two countries.
Since February 28, Iran has been responding within its legitimate rights to ongoing U.S.-Israeli aggression, which targets residential neighborhoods and infrastructure, resulting in hundreds of martyrs and thousands of wounded.
