A series of intense Israeli enemy airstrikes across multiple areas in southern Lebanon has resulted in numerous deaths and injuries, while causing widespread destruction, according to field reports.
The city of Nabatieh experienced the most severe attack since the beginning of the current escalation. Israeli enemy warplanes launched a series of violent air raids targeting most neighborhoods and streets across the city, leaving behind extensive destruction.
Strikes carried out near the government serail complex led to the destruction of several buildings and caused a horrific massacre. The attack directly hit the State Security office, where preliminary reports indicate that eight personnel were killed. Emergency response teams are currently working to evacuate the injured and transport them to nearby hospitals.
In a separate strike, Israeli enemy forces targeted a car wash facility located in the central square of the town of Jbaa, in the Iqlim al-Tuffah region. This attack resulted in the deaths of six individuals.
Israeli enemy warplanes also conducted 11 additional airstrikes across several locations, including the city of Bint Jbeil, the town of Sahmar in the eastern Bekaa, the towns of Tayri and Jbaa, the Qlaila plain, the town of Shaabiyeh, the Batm mountains, the city of Khiam, the town of Dbayn, and Deir Antar in southern Lebanon.
Another airstrike targeted a Civil Defense team affiliated with the Islamic Health Authority in the town of Deir Qanoun Ras al-Ain, resulting in multiple injuries among its members. Emergency crews continue to respond amid ongoing strikes and difficult conditions on the ground.
