Zionist settlers escalated their attacks on Monday evening, targeting Palestinian residents and their homes in towns and villages south of Nablus, and setting up tents on land belonging to the village of Jalud in an attempt to seize territory.
According to reports, settlers stormed the “al-Dhahra” area on the outskirts of the town of Beita, where they assaulted residents and attacked their homes and property. They also targeted municipal workers from Beita while they were carrying out maintenance work on a water line in the “Qammas” area of the town.
In a related incident, settlers attacked a house in Khirbet Al-Marajim, which is part of the lands of the village of Duma. The home belongs to the resident Nayef Mousa Muslim, and the attackers damaged his water meter.
Additionally, a group of settlers erected tents in the “al-Dhahr” area east of the village of Jalud, in a move aimed at taking control of the land and expanding their presence in the area.
