In the aftermath of the September 11 attacks, the region entered a new phase in which America—alongside the Israeli entity and their allies—sought comprehensive and total control over the Islamic Ummah: its land, people, resources, and strategic geographic position. This pursuit, driven not only by colonial ambitions but also by deep-seated hostility, extended beyond the mere exploitation of economic resources.
There exists a profound animosity toward this Ummah, which serves as an additional motive behind efforts to dominate and subjugate it. The American and Israeli movement toward control is not limited to military intervention; rather, it represents a comprehensive targeting that extends beyond occupying land to occupying minds. It seeks to dominate the individual in thought, culture, opinion, and life trajectory—politically, economically, and through media influence—across all domains. This is not a benevolent form of control aimed at the Ummah's welfare; instead, it reflects the domination of an enemy over its adversary—an adversary that is resentful, arrogant, and devoid of human, moral, and religious values. This enemy aspires to full military dominance, transforming strategically important regions into military bases under its complete control.
Political Control
On the political level, this adversary aims to exert total dominance over the Islamic Ummah, particularly in the Arab region and across the broader Muslim world. This control is not intended for the Ummah's benefit; rather, it seeks to engineer a political reality that ensures its weakness, humiliation, and eventual collapse.
Such engineering manifests in the creation of a crisis-ridden political environment filled with conflicts and divisions. Societies are pushed into internal disputes, sharp disagreements, and complex crises, transforming the Ummah into a perpetually troubled entity unable to rise or rebuild. Divisions are encouraged, conflicts are fueled, and new problems are deliberately created to fragment and weaken the Ummah under various pretexts.
Media Control
At the media level, efforts are directed toward complete domination of media. Media professionals are influenced to become instruments that serve external agendas—writing and broadcasting narratives that justify policies, mislead public opinion, and distort facts.
Through analysis, articles, and programming, media voices are transformed into tools that echo the interests of the adversary. This manipulation fosters false perceptions within society, reverses truths, and contributes to misleading the Ummah about critical realities. Ultimately, such control aims to subjugate the Ummah and divert it from its rightful path.
Cultural Control
Control also extends to education and culture, targeting schools, curricula, and universities. Teachers themselves are influenced and misled, encouraged to adopt and transmit distorted ideas, negative concepts, and false cultures that align with American and Israeli interests.
Students, in turn, are raised on concepts that instill loyalty to America and foster a positive yet misleading perception of the Israeli enemy. At the same time, efforts are made to distance them from any awareness that could illuminate their reality or deepen their understanding of their Ummah and its adversaries.
Control of Religious Discourse
Religious discourse is another key target. The aim is to shape it through voices of of corrupt scholars—scholars of the rulers, court scholars, and scholars of misguidance—who work for the enemy. They issue fatwas that subjugate this nation to its enemies and their agents. They also strive to push the nation toward everything that aligns with American and Israeli policies of hostility, stance, and action.
These religious narratives become tools to justify political decisions and normalize alignment with external agendas. We see this today in the Saudi Council of Senior Scholars, where its Grand Mufti periodically issues fatwas that suit the regime subservient to America, justifying positions that follow the same path drawn by America and desired by Israel.
Economic Control
Economically, the strategy seeks to ensure that the Ummah's wealth—especially raw materials such as oil—serves external powers. The Ummah is transformed into a consumer market rather than a productive force, with its resources exported and later sold back at high prices.
This results in chronic economic crises, widespread unemployment, and systemic weakness. Economic policies based on debt, dependency on imports, and the disabling of domestic production lead to poverty, hardship, and social deterioration. These conditions contribute to moral decline, social instability, and increased vulnerability to external influence.
Control Over Loyalties
Control extends even to loyalties, aiming to dictate alliances and enmities. The objective is for the Ummah to act entirely according to external directives—supporting whom they are told to support and opposing whom they are told to oppose.
Such submission is catastrophic, leading to profound losses in both worldly and spiritual terms. It represents a total surrender to a hostile and exploitative adversary, one that neither deserves loyalty nor goodwill.
Control Over Human Resources and Warfare
On the level of human life, the strategy includes recruiting sons of the Ummah as fighters in conflicts that serve external interests. These individuals are deployed in wars—either within their own societies against their people or in global conflicts—sacrificing their lives in place of foreign soldiers.
Historical reference is made to the war with the Soviet Union, where hundreds of thousands of Arab and Muslim fighters were used, funded by the wealth of the Ummah, particularly through Arab regimes.
Is this not a loss—that our wealth is transformed into funding for the Americans? We, as a Muslim Ummah, as an Arab region, see the wealth of this region turned into wealth for America—used for its prosperity, to solve its economic problems, to address unemployment within America, and to grow the American budget. It then also uses this wealth to finance its wars, its acts of aggression, and its conflicts within our Ummah—against the free people among us—and beyond our Ummah, against other competing and opposing powers.
It is even planning, in the future, for a confrontation with China of this same nature. Today, it is engaged in numerous battles on the global stage—battles that are fundamentally its own—even though they are funded by Arab wealth and the wealth of the Islamic Ummah. In these wars, tens of thousands of Arabs fight and are sacrificed on its behalf—for its soldiers and officers—so that it does not lose a single American soldier or officer except in cases of extreme necessity.
This is what it seeks. The outcome of such subservience, the outcome of accepting this domination, the outcome of any path of surrender or collaboration, is one that leads the Ummah to devastating loss in every sense of the word—loss and bankruptcy on all levels.
What Has Happened to the Nation as a Result of These Conspiracies?
At the financial level, the Ummah suffers losses—spending vast amounts of its wealth while its economic resources are steadily drained, bringing it to the brink of bankruptcy. This is evident today in both the Saudi regime and the Emirati regime, each of which has reached a stage of significant budget deficits, requiring borrowing to cover and sustain them. The Saudi regime is now incurring debt and taking loans, and the Emirati regime is doing the same, even as they provide hundreds of billions to the American treasury for the benefit of America. The Israeli entity, in turn, benefits from everything they provide to the Americans—if not receiving its own direct share as well.
It is a catastrophe, a disaster—loss on the economic level, loss on the political level, loss in every sense of the word, in all aspects. It is a loss in this life and a loss in the hereafter. It is a loss in this life because submission to American domination results in a miserable, catastrophic, and destructive reality. All the policies, plans, and conspiracies presented to us as a nation—and imposed upon our reality as a Muslim Ummah, first in the Arab region and beyond—are schemes aimed at our destruction. They are all conspiracies designed for our loss, driven by hostility and resentment, leading us toward collapse.
At the level of our condition as a Muslim society, if America succeeds in achieving total control over us, what will be the result? We will become a losing and degraded society—a society filled with political problems and economic crises, fragmented and scattered. Problems will arise under every banner, all contributing to its disintegration and even the tearing apart of its social fabric: regional divisions, sectarian divisions, racial divisions—every category that fractures society, disperses it, and deepens divisions, disputes, and conflicts among its people. All of these fall within the scope of the policies, activities, and programs pursued by America and the Israeli entity in our region.
We would then become a society overwhelmed by crises and social afflictions—a society immersed in drugs, moral corruption, decadence, and the loss of honor, conscience, and values. A society plagued and infested with AIDS, health crises, and severe and horrific afflictions in every aspect. A broken society that has lost all elements of strength, all forms of resilience, and every factor that contributes to its construction, strengthening, protection, and advancement—stripped of them all until it becomes a miserable society, devoid of awareness: a foolish, misguided, deviant, morally corrupt, disintegrated society dominated by corruption in everything.
This is what America and the Israeli enemy want. This is what America and the Israeli enemy strive for. This is what they work toward through countless plans, activities, and programs that enter our Arab and Islamic arena under deceptive titles and misleading labels—all designed for deception and manipulation. These titles appear attractive and appealing, but behind them lie destructive, corrupting, and ruinous activities. These slogans are promoted within the Arab and Islamic sphere by politicians and officials in positions of authority within various governments and states.
They are also promoted by media figures, corrupt scholars, and misguided intellectuals who work in favor of the enemy, along with many others who advocate for certain initiatives, activities, or positions whose underlying realities are destructive and catastrophic—damaging and dismantling society. This is what the American seeks, and what the Israeli enemy works to achieve.
The outcome of this control is that America and the Israeli enemy sever us from our Islamic identity and belonging. This is one of the most dangerous issues of all—yet it is widely neglected and marginalized in discussions about the American and Israeli threat, despite being a fundamental, sensitive, and critically important point. It is absolutely impossible—under any circumstances—for a person to be an agent of America and the Israeli enemy, or to be submissive, compliant, and surrendering to their domination, without becoming detached and separated from the principles of Islam, its values, and its ethics.
This is because the great principles of Islam, its noble values, its moral framework, and its vision for life are in no way compatible with what America seeks or what the Israeli enemy pursues. The path toward which America pushes you, and toward which the Israeli enmey drives you—and in which you hasten to please them, seek their approval, and draw closer to them—is a path completely detached from divine principles, from the teachings of Allah, from authentic Islam—the true Islam brought by Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family—and revealed in the Qur’an.
