The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announced on Thursday that it had carried out several military operations targeting Zionist enemy positions in southern Lebanon.

According to the statement, resistance fighters targeted an Zionist army command center in the town of al-Bayyada at 10:18 a.m. on Thursday using an attack drone, achieving a confirmed direct hit.

The resistance also stated that its fighters targeted a Merkava tank in sl-Bayyada at 10:15 a.m. with an explosive device dropped by a drone, achieving a successful strike.

Later in the day, at 2:00 p.m., the resistance launched a rocket attack targeting a gathering of Zionist enemy military vehicles in the town of Shamaa in southern Lebanon.

Earlier on Thursday, the Zionist newspaper Maariv reported that eight Israeli enemy soldiers were injured on Wednesday in several incidents involving drones colliding with Zionist forces in southern Lebanon.

The newspaper also revealed that “the phenomenon of drones is becoming an increasing concern for the enemy security establishment, not only along the northern border.”
