Hezbollah condemned on Saturday the "cowardly criminal attack" that targeted a military vehicle belonging to the Lebanese Army, which resulted in the martyrdom of two officers and a soldier.

In an official statement, the group emphasized that the targeting of the military vehicle constitutes a "clear and deliberate crime," adding to the series of assaults carried out by the Israeli enemy against the Lebanese people, particularly in the South and the Western Beqaa.

Hezbollah asserted that this attack is the "natural outcome of the authorities' disregard for the country's sovereignty and the blood of its people," as well as their offering of "free concessions." The statement further pointed out that the "complete surrender to the enemy's conditions in Washington" encouraged the enemy to continue its aggressions and further abuse the blood of Lebanese citizens and army personnel.

Hezbollah extended its deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the martyred Lebanese Army personnel and to the military institution—including its leadership, officers, and soldiers—reaffirming its condemnation of the Israeli attack and renewing its stance of solidarity alongside the Lebanese Army.

The Hezbollah's statement follows the martyrdom of two officers, holding the ranks of Brigadier General and Captain, alongside a soldier on Saturday. They were killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a military vehicle on the Kfar Tibnit - Khardali road in Nabatieh, marking a severe escalation within the ongoing Israeli attacks across Lebanese territory.
