Member of the Expediency Discernment Council and Military Advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Republic in Iran, Major General Mohsen Rezaei, affirmed that a combination of factors pushed the American-Zionist enemy into a dead end during the war.

Rezaei stated that the most prominent of these factors include "the turbulent domestic situation in the United States, exhaustion and lack of readiness among the American military personnel, and the absence of a military solution for the Strait of Hormuz." He also highlighted the obstacles faced by the US administration within Congress, the lack of cooperation from Washington's allies, and international pressures.

Rezaei added that "the American-Zionist enemy realized since the fifteenth day of the third imposed war that control over the situation had slipped from its hands."

He emphasized that "the war and defense have not ended yet," calling on the Iranian people to remain active in the arena.

Furthermore, Rezaei asserted that the Iranian armed forces dealt a blow to the newest and most advanced American technologies, considering that Iran’s international status and position rose during the third imposed war.

Speaking about the memorandum of understanding, Rezaei stated that "the rights of the Iranian people and the resistance front must be secured," adding that "the text being prepared for the agreement must be completely precise from both technical and legal perspectives, and fully aligned with our demands."
