The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced on Tuesday evening that the total death toll from the ongoing Zionist aggression on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 4,278 killed and 12,196 injured.

In its daily report, the ministry stated that it recorded 21 fatalities within the past 24 hours, bringing the cumulative total of victims of the Zionist aggression up to June 30 to 4,278 dead and 12,196 wounded.

Since March 2, the Zionist enemy has escalated its criminal aggression against Lebanon, targeting Lebanese towns, villages, cities, and civilian objects. This offensive has resulted in hundreds of deaths, thousands of injuries, and the displacement of approximately 1.5 million Lebanese citizens, the majority of whom are unregistered in formal shelter centers.

On June 18, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced that the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) had been signed electronically between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, which included a ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon. However, the Zionist enemy's "army" continues to commit daily violations of the agreement.
